Micro-miniature INS-GNSS navigation for size- and power-constrained unmanned platforms.
Micro-Miniature INS-GNSS
Aeron's inertial navigators combine tri-axial MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, and a magnetometer with an integrated multi-constellation GNSS receiver, fused in real time through an Extended Kalman Filter to deliver position, velocity, attitude, and heading — even where GNSS is intermittently degraded.
Our flagship compact navigator, Pollux 3 (PLX3-N), packs this into a strap-down unit small enough for UAVs, UGVs, and other unmanned systems where size and power are tightly constrained, without giving up near-tactical accuracy.
How Aeron Inertial Navigators Work
Every Aeron navigator fuses inertial and GNSS data through the same Extended Kalman Filter approach — only the sensor grade and configuration change between products.

Why Aeron's Inertial Navigators?
Aeron Systems designs its navigators around the same SWaP-conscious engineering discipline used across the product line — the Extended Kalman Filter fusion engine is tuned to squeeze near-tactical navigation performance out of a compact, low-power MEMS package, with jamming and spoofing detection built into the GNSS receiver. Each unit is qualified to MIL-STD-810G and rated IP65, so the same rigor that goes into our larger tactical INS systems carries through to the smallest platforms in the family.
Where Our Navigators Deliver
