Vega TSW-G
Vega TSW-G is an industrial tilt switch that estimates roll and pitch from MEMS accelerometers and a tri-axial gyroscope, for angle measurement in vibrating or dynamic conditions. Two integrated relays switch when a user-configured threshold angle is exceeded. It updates at up to 20 Hz, is sealed to IP67 and suits cranes, dumper trucks, scissor lifts and heavy equipment.
How Vega-TSW-G Processes Sensor Data
Accelerometer and gyroscope data are fused through an on-board statistical filtering engine to estimate roll and pitch, driving both the serial output and the relay switching logic.
