Heading is the direction a vehicle or sensor is pointing, measured clockwise from north in degrees. True heading is measured from geographic north, magnetic heading from magnetic north. It can come from a magnetometer, from a gyroscope that has been aligned, or from two GNSS antennas a known distance apart.
