PrecisionMotionSensors

Compact MEMS-based heading and tilt sensors for robotics, industrial automation, and precision navigation.

Compact Sensors for Heading & Tilt

Aeron's Motion Sensors family covers two distinct measurement needs on a single, compact MEMS platform: the GALILEO GLO-DMC300 digital magnetic compass for magnetic heading, and the VEGA TSW-G tilt switch with gyroscope for roll and pitch angle sensing. Both combine MEMS sensing with onboard signal processing to deliver stable, calibrated data over standard RS232 or RS485 interfaces.

Whichever measurement your system needs — heading for navigation and orientation, or tilt and inclination for stabilization and safety — each sensor ships factory-configured, is field-calibratable, and integrates directly into an external controller or PLC without a bulky navigation-grade system.

How Aeron Motion Sensors Work

GLO-DMC300 and VEGA TSW-G measure different things — heading versus tilt — but both follow the same MEMS-sensing-to-digital-output architecture.

Engineered for Reliable Motion Sensing

Six core capabilities shared across Aeron's Motion Sensors family.

Precision MEMS Sensing
Precision MEMS Sensing

Every Aeron motion sensor pairs a MEMS accelerometer with a second sensing element — magnetometer or gyroscope — for accurate, repeatable output.
