Customer Service Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming sales calls, noting requirements, and directing them to the appropriate salesperson
- Coordinating all repair materials with customers
- Communicating with customers to gather feedback following sales and service interactions
- Conducting calls to customer sites
- Acting as the primary liaison with the customer for the technical support and coordination team
Required Qualification:
- Relevant experience of 2-4 years
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a recognized university
- Experience in the hospitality or FMCG industries is a plus
