Customer Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming sales calls, noting requirements, and directing them to the appropriate salesperson
  • Coordinating all repair materials with customers
  • Communicating with customers to gather feedback following sales and service interactions
  • Conducting calls to customer sites
  • Acting as the primary liaison with the customer for the technical support and coordination team

Required Qualification:

  • Relevant experience of 2-4 years
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a recognized university
  • Experience in the hospitality or FMCG industries is a plus
